Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer $13.00 flat rate shipping Australia wide.

Please note we ship through Australia Post, so any potential delays due to high volume of orders or postal service problems are out of our control.

We also offer free pick up from our address in Meeniyan, 3956. All orders will be ready for pick up within 2 business days of placing order. We will contact you via email or phone with collection details after your order has been placed.

Please take note we are closed on Monday & Tuesday, so orders placed on these days will not be processed until the Wednesday of that week.
