Refund policy

Returns: In the first instance, if you have an issue with your order then please contact us immediately.

In the event that a product you ordered is incorrect, damaged or faulty we require notification within 2 business days from the time delivery was made. Nice Stack Of Books may require photographic evidence of this issue and may require you to return the item for assessment.

Nice Stack Of Books is not obligated to accept a return for a change of mind.

Refunds: A refund will be offered if your order cannot be supplied. If this is your full order, you will also be refunded any postage you were charged. If this is part of your order, you will be offered a full refund in place of cancellation via email. If no response is received within 3 working days, the available items will be sent and unavailable items refunded, excluding postage.
