Frequently Asked Questions - Subscriptions

Q: What kinds of books can I expect to receive?

Each book delivered to you will be a recent release. 
Adult Fiction subscribers will receive a new release fiction title. I will contact you after you have made your purchase to guarantee you receive what suits your taste.
Young Adult books are recommended for ages 13+. I will be in contact to make sure it suits their age range and tastes.
Junior Fiction kids books are recommended for ages 7-12 yrs. I will be in contact after your purchase to discuss which end of this age range your child sits, and their taste in books/reading level.

Q: When does my subscription begin?

You will receive your first book 1-2 weeks after purchasing your subscription (depending on postage times), and after each payment is received.

 

Q: What if I already have the selected book on my shelf?

Though you will be receiving a new release, I understand this is a possibility. Contact me ASAP (within 2 days of receiving your book) to arrange a return of your book in good resale condition and we can work together to select a replacement.

Q: Can I purchase as a gift for someone else?

Absolutely! Simply fill in their postal address at the check out and it will be delivered straight to them. Or email Emma at any time to confirm details.

Q: When will payments be withdrawn for my monthly subscription?

Payments will be withdrawn the same time each month as your purchase date. Though, as explained above, books may be shipped at different times each month. Each payment guarantees you a book delivered within 1-3 weeks of payment (depending on postage times).

Q: How do I cancel my monthly Pay As I Go subscription?

After subscribing, you will receive a "Recurring order purchase confirmation email" with a link to your subscription hub where you can skip orders, or cancel subscriptions.
OR simply contact me via email below before your next payment is due, and any subsequent subscription will be cancelled.
