Rachael Johns' Book Club Subscription FAQs

Q: When will I receive the book?

A: Each subscription box will be delivered as close to the beginning of the corresponding month as possible, unless release date prohibits this. Books will usually be posted within 2 weeks of payment deductions.

Q: When will I be charged each month?

A: Payments will occur close to the dispatch date. Each month will therefore be a different date. We will endeavor to notify you by email prior to each charge being made. 

Q: Can I skip a month?

A: Absolutely. This can be done via the subscription portal, via the link you receive in your confirmation email, or simply by contacting us directly via email. As we preorder books, we would appreciate you contacting us as early as possible. Rachael Johns posts the book club picks approx. 6 months prior, so please contact us as soon as you can.

Q: Can I cancel my subscription?

A: Yes. If you feel it isn't for you, you can cancel via the subscription portal, via the link you receive in your confirmation email, or by emailing us directly. No fee or charge.
