Terms and Conditions

The Supplier hereby agrees to supply the above book(s) to the Bookseller on the following terms and conditions:

1. 1. The Bookseller will only pay the Supplier for the copies that have been sold by the Bookseller. No payment will be due for the remaining copies not sold by the Bookseller.
2. 2. The Bookseller will keep the above book(s) in stock for a maximum initial period of 6(6) months. At the end of the initial six month period the Bookseller may either request the Supplier to arrange collection of the remaining copies (at the Supplier’s cost) or agree to keep the book(s) in stock for an additional period at the Booksellers discretion.
3. 3. After the end of the initial six month period the Bookseller will pay the supplier for the number of copies sold in that period.
4. 4. If the Bookseller sells all copies initially received from the Supplier, the Bookseller may order additional copies on the same terms and conditions, at the Booksellers discretion. At this time, the Bookseller will pay the Supplier for the copies already sold. Any additional copies ordered by the Bookseller MUST be supplied by the Supplier with an accompanying tax invoice or the books will not be accepted.
5. 5. If the Bookseller decides to keep the above book(s) in stock for an additional period(s), then the Bookseller will pay the Supplier after the end of each additional period for the copies sold in that period.
6. 6. If the Bookseller has asked the Supplier to arrange for collection of the remaining copies, and the copies have not been collected within 90 days of the request, then the Bookseller may dispose of the copies as the Bookseller sees fit with no payment due to the Supplier for these copies.
